über Mustard gemacht
Es begann mit einem langen Spaziergang und zwei Schwestern, die am anderen Ende der Welt lebten. Die Idee entstand durch die Frage: Was ist es, das du liebst, das dich einzigartig macht? Becca dachte an ihr Zuhause und ihr Atelier. Sie hatte eine willkürliche Auswahl an MetallLockersn. Eine schuppige alte, die am Straßenrand gefunden wurde, ein paar aus Antiquitätenläden und einige neue. Sie hatte schon immer ein Faible für Lockers.
Von diesem Tag an im Jahr 2017 begann die Arbeit, unsere farbenfrohen Lockers in die Welt zu bringen. Wir sind so schnell gewachsen und haben jetzt Einzelhandelskunden, die weltweit in unseren Online-Shops einkaufen. Bisher wurden in diesem Jahr Verkäufe in 36 Länder gezählt! Wir werden auch von über 150 Einzelhändlern in Australien, Neuseeland, Großbritannien, Europa und den USA geführt – darunter Urban Outfitters, Oliver Bonas und Libertys London. Im August 2021 starteten wir für Einzelhandelskunden in den USA, unser Großhandelsgeschäft wird sehr bald folgen. Es ist eine aufregende Zeit, da sich noch viel Wachstum am Horizont abzeichnet.
Am wichtigsten ist, dass Mustard ein Unternehmen ist, das sich wirklich um seine Mitarbeiter kümmert. Unser Team ist wie eine Familie. The Role
Mustard is looking for a European Wholesale Account Manager to join our team.
Your overall aim is to help spread Mustard far and wide with a focus on our EU region.
You will be responsible for building, managing and maintaining relationships with our EU wholesale partners and you will play a vital role in establishing brand positioning whilst driving sales initiatives that support Mustard’s growth. This is an exciting role for an ambitious candidate looking to further their career at a global retailer.
This role will be full-time in our London office, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. There will also be the opportunity to travel within the region.
What you'll be doing
- Ownership and management of key accounts, from negotiating agreements, developing positive relationships with owners and buyers, building promotional plans and reaching sales targets.

Implement and attend regular meetings with key accounts, working strategically to ensure Mustard is at the forefront of their planning.

Proactively seek out new opportunities with existing and new customers to exceed sales forecasts, identifying new accounts to grow our portfolio in key and missing areas.

Manage the full order process, with the support of Wholesale Admins, to accurately input orders, manage back orders, chase invoices, ensure stock replenishment and successful deliveries.

Collaborate with the Wholesale + Trade Team, owning internal projects to progress the EU wholesale business.

Project manage trade show opportunities within the region, ensuring the best coverage for the brand.

Work alongside our Merchandising Team to identify and effectively report on key KPIs to the Head of Wholesale and the wider business.

Provide support to the EU warehouse and Operations team when needed.

Resolve account issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring all interactions have a positive outcome.

Develop an understanding of the wider business and how your role impacts each department.

Stay ahead of the curve, become an expert in understanding current market trends with a focus on Europe.

Become an expert in all things Mustard! You'll know everything about our products and brand identity to successfully pitch new launches to our retailers.
Skills - Essential

You have prior wholesale experience, particularly within sales and account management

Proficient language skills in English, German and/or French

Strong knowledge of the European market, with a focus on Germany and France

A strong understanding of KPIs and how to make informed decisions from data sets

The ability to think precisely on projects and make commercially focused decisions

You have prior experience in dropshipping and logistics management
