shipping
We ship across Europe from our European warehouse in Slovakia.
The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location + size of the order. Orders placed on our European website will be charged in Euros.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT and you will see the taxes shown at the checkout. When you shop on our European website, there will be no extra taxes or duties to be paid.
There are a few exceptions...
Additional import fees such as duties and courier brokerage fees may apply to orders going to Norway and Switzerland.

We know you're excited to get your hands on your goodies! Please allow 1-7 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery times will vary depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. This is just an estimate and shipping times will vary.
During busy periods and sale times please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.

returns
We are sure you will love the Mustard goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we, unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your locker.
Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets or any extras, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item.
Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from www.eu.mustardmade.com. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.
Only full-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
damage or defects
Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at ciao@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it.
Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
