Returns

Changed your mind? You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please contact us at ciao@mustardmade.com or use our withdrawal request form. Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will process your refund, including standard delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Unless the items are faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Conditions of return:

• All products must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but once a locker has been assembled it cannot be sold as new. If you return an assembled locker, your refund will be reduced to reflect the loss in value — in practice, this is usually no more than around 50% of the original purchase price.
• Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets, Ledges, Storyboard, Buttons or Wordbits, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
• Refunds will include the cost of the original standard delivery. If you chose an upgraded delivery option (like express delivery), that additional amount won't be refunded.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we agree otherwise. We'll arrange the collection and shipping for you and deduct this from your refund.
• Sale items can be returned within the cooling-off period and are refunded at the price you paid.

Exchanges and colour swaps

If you'd like to change your colour, the process is the same as a return. Once your original product arrives back with us safely, we'll send out your new choice. You'll just need to cover the return shipping and the delivery of the new product.

Please note: If your locker has been assembled and then deconstructed, it cannot be swapped for another colour as new. In these cases your return will be processed under the 14-day cooling-off rules and the refund significantly reduced to reflect the loss in value (usually no more than around 50% of the original price). A new locker would need to be purchased separately.

Damage or defects

Each part of your Mustard product is carefully created by passing it through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time, there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at ciao@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it. Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
